Located in Palm City, Florida, Living Well Pilates Academy provides an in depth 400 hour Pilates instructor education in an intimate studio environment. The program is led by experienced instructor and studio owner Bethany McLaughlin and is designed to support both aspiring Pilates teachers and movement professionals seeking to deepen their practice. Living Well Pilates Academy has partnered with Pilates Education Institute, accredited by the Pilates Method Alliance.
Training is delivered through a blend of in-studio instruction, guided practice, observation, and digital coursework to ensure graduates are confident and job-ready.

The Living Well Pilates Academy instructor training program offers a well-rounded Pilates education focused on both movement mastery and teaching excellence.

The program equips instructors to work in Pilates studios, wellness centers, fitness facilities, or private practice. Graduates may also have opportunities to apply for the National Certified Pilates Teacher Mat Exam. A minimum of fifty hours of Chair is all that is needed to apply for the Comprehensive Exam.

Final Test Out to Be Scheduled
Must be committed to attending all in person training dates. Times of sessions are as follows: Fridays 5:30-8:30 pm
Saturday and Sunday 12-8 pm
