But at Living Well Pilates, March brings something a little different.


Welcome to March Matness.


Instead of a court, we hit the mat. Instead of jump shots, we focus on control, precision, and strength. And instead of a trophy, one lucky participant will win a free month of unlimited Pilates.


Every Monday at 7 PM throughout March, we are dedicating class time to focused mat Pilates training that will challenge your core, sharpen your control, and build a stronger foundation for every movement you make.


Whether you are a longtime reformer client or completely new to Pilates, March Matness is your opportunity to build strength, connect with the community, and maybe even win a month of Pilates.

What Is March Matness?



March Matness is a month-long celebration of mat Pilates, happening every Monday at 7 PM during the month of March at Living Well Pilates.


Each week we will gather for a focused mat session designed to strengthen the body from the inside out. These classes highlight the foundation of Pilates practice. No machines. No distractions. Just you, your breath, and purposeful movement.


Mat Pilates is where the method began. Joseph Pilates originally developed many of these exercises as the core of his system. They are simple in appearance but deeply challenging when performed with control and precision.


By dedicating an entire month to mat work, we give students the opportunity to reconnect with the fundamentals. These sessions emphasize:


• Core engagement

• Controlled movement

• Alignment and posture

• Body awareness

• Stability and balance


March Matness also creates a fun community event. Everyone knows Monday nights are mat nights. The energy builds each week as more participants join and work toward earning entries for the prize drawing.

How the March Matness Promotion Works


Participating in March Matness is simple.


Every Monday 7 PM mat class during March counts as a March Matness session.


Each time you attend, you earn an entry into our drawing.


Here is how it breaks down.


1 Class Attended = 1 Entry Into the Drawing


The more Mondays you attend, the better your chances.


If you attend all five Monday classes in March, you will earn five total entries into the drawing.


That means five chances to win.


The Prize


One participant will win a free month of unlimited Pilates classes at Living Well Pilates.


This is a great opportunity to deepen your practice, explore different class formats, and continue building strength well beyond March.



Winner Announcement


The winner will be drawn and announced after the final March Matness class. Details about the drawing will be shared during the final session and through our studio communication channels.

March Matness FAQ


I’m a beginner. Is this class for me?

Absolutely. Mat Pilates is an excellent entry point for beginners. The exercises can be modified to suit different fitness levels, and our instructors guide you through proper technique so you feel confident and supported.


Whether it is your first Pilates class or your hundredth, you are welcome.



Do I need to bring my own mat?

You are always welcome to bring it, but not required. Comfortable workout clothing and water are also recommended.



What if I miss one of the Mondays?

No problem. You can still attend any of the remaining sessions. Each class you attend earns its own entry into the drawing.


The more classes you attend, the more chances you have to win.



Is this class included in my membership?

Yes. March Matness classes are part of the regular schedule and can be booked through your existing membership or class package.


If you are new to the studio, you can easily sign up through our booking system.
